Burgundy is world renowned for its gourmet cuisine and grand wines and a vacation aboard the Who Knows allows you to experience the very best offered by Burgundy and France.
A highlight of each day will be the delicious and carefully prepared meals you will indulge in both on board and ashore. We have refined our itinerary based upon 10 years of experience and customer feedback, and now offer both half-board and full-board options.
During our full-board weeks we will take you out to various restaurants along the route, ranging from a traditional workman’s lunch through to the gastronomic excellence of French haute cuisine. On board, Dawn will cater for all your culinary needs and you will be delighted by the mouth-watering dishes she produces from her small but more-than-adequate galley kitchen.
Those choosing the half board option will have the adventure of dinning ashore once a day - either lunch or dinner depending on our location - in carefully chosen restaurants along the route. Jason, Dawn and many of their previous guests have put together a guide of unique restaurants that will not break the bank but are memorable for their cuisine, surroundings and French style. Jason is at your disposal to transport you to and from restaurants, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the ride and glorious countryside.

Drawing on France's wonderfully varied selection of wines, your cruise will offer you the perfect opportunity to sample, compare and enjoy the excellent wines that represent Burgundy and many of France's other wine producing regions. As a wine enthusiast and trained sommelier, Jason loves to show his guests the vineyards and has met quite a few characters in his time in Burgundy. He has also tracked down the best vineyards and wine houses where there is no obligation to buy, so you can relax in the knowledge that if you just want to taste, that’s all you have to do.
